style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tras meses de negociaci\u00f3n y arreglos por fin la III Convenci\u00f3n Colectiva de Trabajo del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica fue homologada por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social (MTSS).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es decir que ya tiene el visto bueno con lo que se cumple todo el procedimiento necesario y entra de inmediato en vigencia para 86117 funcionarios del MEP que quedan amparados con la misma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ante esto las organizaciones sindicales que negociaron esta versi\u00f3n, Sindicato de Trabajadoras y Trabajadores de la Educaci\u00f3n Costarricense (SEC), Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Educadores (ANDE), Sindicato de Trabajadoras de Comedores Escolares y Afines (Sitracome) y la Asociaci\u00f3n de Profesores de Segunda Ense\u00f1anza (APSE), mostraron su satisfacci\u00f3n al confirmarse la noticia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEsta es una convenci\u00f3n colectiva justa, equilibrada, y que defenderemos de quienes pretenden negar el derecho a la negociaci\u00f3n colectiva en Costa Rica, promotora del di\u00e1logo y la paz social\u201d indicaron mediante un comunicado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s recalcan que gracias a esta convenci\u00f3n se mejoran las condiciones laborales para todos quienes se desempe\u00f1an en la educaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica del pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respecto a las negociaciones el MEP dej\u00f3 claro que no se crearon nuevos incentivos y mucho menos m\u00e1s plazas, por lo que no hay gastos adicionales que vayan a ser pagados con los impuestos de los
