situaci\u00f3n que enfrenta el pa\u00eds ante la explosi\u00f3n de contagios de la Covid-19, hace que una vez m\u00e1s educadores y ahora tambi\u00e9n los m\u00e9dicos pidan al gobierno que se tomen medidas m\u00e1s dr\u00e1sticas.<\/p>\n<p>Ambos sectores plantean la necesidad de que el curso lectivo vuelva a la virtualidad, como se hizo el a\u00f1o pasado cuando inici\u00f3 la emergencia que ya est\u00e1 cerca a cumplir 14 meses.<\/p>\n<p>Esto especialmente luego de que este mi\u00e9rcoles Costa Rica registrara por primera vez 2434 casos nuevos en 24 horas y adem\u00e1s el mayor n\u00famero de internados 818, de los que 351 est\u00e1n en Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos (UCI).<\/p>\n<p>El inminente colapso hospitalario y el aumento exponencial de casos es lo que hace que la Uni\u00f3n Medica Nacional hayan enviado un documento donde le piden al presidente de la Rep\u00fablica Carlos Alvarado, y al Ministro de Salud Daniel Salas que se tomen medidas m\u00e1s fuertes.<\/p>\n<div quienes emitieron un comunicado en el que insisten en la necesidad de que se frene la dualidad de las lecciones y se retome lo que se aplic\u00f3 el a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n<p><img
