{"id":2977,"date":"2021-11-17T08:20:52","date_gmt":"2021-11-17T14:20:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/revistamagisteriocr.com\/?p=2977"},"modified":"2021-11-16T13:31:59","modified_gmt":"2021-11-16T19:31:59","slug":"sindicatos-arremeten-contra-mep-y-aseguran-que-renuncias-no-finalizan-el-tema","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/revistamagisteriocr.com\/?p=2977","title":{"rendered":"Sindicatos aseguran que renuncias no finalizan el tema de pruebas FARO"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Exigen que se den todas las explicaciones necesarias<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Diversos sindicatos de Educaci\u00f3n y en general, han manifestado su molestia por lo ocurrido el viernes anterior con la aplicaci\u00f3n de las pruebas FARO y aseguran que esto no termina con la salida de la ex ministra Guiselle Cruz y la ex viceministra Melania Brenes.<\/p>\n<p>La Asociaci\u00f3n de Profesores de Segunda Ense\u00f1anza (APSE) fue clara en que incluso es necesario que el Ministerio d\u00e9 una disculpa p\u00fablica al pa\u00eds y en especial a las personas estudiantes que se vieron afectados con toda esta situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s indicaron que \u201cEl accionar del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica violenta de manera frontal el art\u00edculo 5 del C\u00f3digo de la Ni\u00f1ez y la Adolescencia, en donde se resguarda el inter\u00e9s superior de la ni\u00f1ez, y se establece que cualquier actividad que involucre personas menores de edad debe considerar su condici\u00f3n como sujetos de derechos, su edad, su madurez, su capacidad de discernimiento, las condiciones socioecon\u00f3micas en que vive, y la correspondencia entre el inter\u00e9s individual la ni\u00f1ez y el inter\u00e9s estatal o social.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2981\" src=\"http:\/\/revistamagisteriocr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/APSE-FARO.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"2550\" height=\"3300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/revistamagisteriocr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/APSE-FARO.png 2550w, https:\/\/revistamagisteriocr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/APSE-FARO-232x300.png 232w, https:\/\/revistamagisteriocr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/APSE-FARO-791x1024.png 791w, https:\/\/revistamagisteriocr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/APSE-FARO-1187x1536.png 1187w, https:\/\/revistamagisteriocr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/APSE-FARO-1583x2048.png 1583w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2550px) 100vw, 2550px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Por su parte el Sindicato de Trabajadoras y Trabajadores de la Educaci\u00f3n Costarricense (SEC) enfatiz\u00f3 en que lo hecho por el MEP debe ser investigado y se debe de buscar a los responsables m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las jerarcas que ya renunciaron y que se atengan a las consecuencias.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa exministra y los funcionarios involucrados, deben informar, dar a conocer qui\u00e9n fue esa mano perversa que contamin\u00f3 las pruebas FARO, desvirtuando su valor y objetivo\u201d, dijo Gilberth D\u00edaz, presidente del SEC.<\/p>\n<p><iframe style=\"border: none;
